At Smoke Yard Kitchen we like to offer two styles of street food BBQ, low and slow smoked American style and hot and fast grilled style which is probably more familiar in this country. Whichever style of BBQ you choose for your event, we will source the best produce and ingredients, cook them over real lump wood charcoal and serve with freshly made side dishes and our own homemade sauces. To give you an idea of the kind of dishes we can offer in each style of BBQ, we have included some of our own favourites below, but we will always develoop dishes with you to suit your event perfectly!



Low and slow smoked BBQ

Smoked pulled pork in a toasted brioche bun with a fresh apple and fennel slaw in a cider vinegar dressing, our homemade BBQ sauce and crackling salt

Korean style crispy pork belly with a gochujang BBQ sauce served in a soft corn taco, with crunchy gem lettuce, coriander, spring onions and pickled cucumber

Beef brisket smoked over English Oak, sliced into a large homemade Yorkshire pudding, celeriac and mustard slaw, fresh horseradish cream

Homemade falafel in a toasted brioche bun, cumin and coriander yoghurt, pomegranate molasses, crunchy salad of gem lettuce, spring onions and pickled cucumber (V)

Mac & Cheese, with mature Cheddar, smoked Cheddar and Emmental cheese sauce (V)


Hot and fast grilled BBQ

Smoke Yard Burger, char grilled 6oz beef patty with our own burger sauce, crisp gem lettuce, fresh sliced tomato and onion, melted cheese and crispy bacon in a toasted brioche bun

Grilled chicken sliced into soft corn tacos, refried beans, homemade guacamole and a fresh tomato, coriander and chilli salsa
